• E-mail is NOT CONFIDENTIAL.  While it is unlikely that your request or question will be seen by someone you don't want, we cannot guarantee that.  Also, because of privacy laws, we are not able to e-mail you back at this time.  You will likely be CONTACTED BY PHONE in response to your message.
• E-mail is NOT FOR URGENT MATTERS.  If you have an issue that cannot wait, please call.  Urgent matters need to be dealt with on the phone, in person, or in the emergency room.  If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
